Alternator or battery?
UB Engine OFF: 12.4V
UB Engine ON : 13.9-14V (should be 14.4V)
While cruising and operating the windows, all the interior lights DIM like crazy. While doing so the voltage drops from 14V to 13.2~. Is my battery on it's way out or my alternator?

At least battery, and a weak battery will force the alternator to "work over time".
Low voltage is hard on all your electronics so get a new battery asap.
Many members have said the Mercedes Benz road service will replace your battery at your home or place of work and check the charging system, cheaper than having it changed at the MB dealership.

I would call MB's 800 number and get a quote, and then check what the dealer charges.
I recall members stating new battery installed at their home $125. YMMV
