I had my TeleAid converted to the new mbrace service a couple of weeks ago (the upgrade went pretty smoothly except for the fact that the dealership tried to charge me for the upgrade even though the mbrace customer service rep specifically stated that mbrace would be covering the cost) and I downloaded the mbrace iPhone application. For some reason, I cannot get the lock and unlock functions to work. I can locate my car (which locates the car quickly and very accurately); however, the lock/unlock functions always time out. I am using the most recent version of the program (an update was released a few days ago). Anyone else have a similar problem or able to use this correctly?

OK. So I just found out that there is a limited number of models and years for the lock function to work. The unlock function looks like it will work with every model. For the E Class, only 2010 model years and up will work. I hope they add additional model years for this feature. There is also some suggestion that remote start may be added in the future!!!

06: Thanks for the information . I have my appointment setup for Thursday morning at Leith on Capital. I did pass on the + service. The $299.00 lifetime service deal is valid for installs through 1/31/10.
