Had you been driving an old MB190 they probably would have downgraded you to a pink Kia Sephia.

Talking

Read into it: They gave Pocholin the same car as the "old" couple.

Worst of all I have to keep the car until monday (a whole week), because cats weren't in stock and I opted not to go pick it up and drop it back again when they get them.

I parked the car and been driving the suburban

Well, it has just over a week and I'm still on the Camry, I dreamt with my car last night, seriously!

I called my service advisor yesterday but he hasn't called back, it is time to call him again, no big rush, specially since it is raining here in Houston, tomorrow is supposed to be nice and shiny, so I hope to be able to pick it up tomorrow or later tonight.

That POS is giving me about 10 mpg!!!
Takes 10 sec to get to 60 mph!!!
The interior is too plain

Other than that I like it.

I'm gonna talk to my service advisor (SA) today, another SA told me yesterday it seems like my parts are coming from germany, so I'm going to ask my SA to exchange the car (even for another camry) for something more efficient if it is going to take another week (which I don't have a problem with that)

Why does your car need cats? If I recall correctly, you have about 60k miles.

That burning smell while driving is the parking brake you left on. That's the only way I can think of that would cause you to get 10 mpg in a Camry.

Beats me, but they are gone on the inside, that's why I've been having some rateling since about 10k miles ago

Mbtech, do you mean the red light on the dashboard?!? ........j/k
I don't know what is wrong, but it is terrible, I used 87 octane as recommended by other camry users here in the office seriously, they said if I put better gas it just gets worse.

OK I went to the dealer yesterday and got another loaner, this time it was a black...................

.Camry again

Except this one feels more responsive and it is cleaner in the inside, SA hopes the car will be ready friday or saturday. He says it has been a common problem with 99 E55s (about the cats), nothing wrong with fuel mixture or anything else.

Camry looks better in black.

That's it! It must be fate. As soon as you get your car back, drive directly to the Toyota dealer and trade it in for a new Camry.

i have had great experiences with loaners. the dealer picks up my car on a flat bed, and drops off the loaner to anywhere we agree upon (home, work, etc). last time i had an ml 350...i actually really liked it. the time before, it was an e 320, and the time before that a c 320. never have had a complaint with the service, unless i go to the local (vs. selling) dealer.
i guess its luck..

With quality service, nothing.

With the fact that you got a benz for loaner a lot. I have noticed that they favor women on the loaners.

Nothing personal, I like women too, and I'd probably favor them too in their position.
