I've been searching all over for this. What are the differences between years for the W211 E63 for 2007, 2008 and 2009? Does anyone know where I can see a comparison?

Big difference for the 2009 is the new COMAND system. HDD Nav with way improved VC and Zagat, live traffic, etc..

220S, is absolutely correct. Mercedes didn't make any exterior cosmetic changes, after the 2007 revised nose. The only interior change was the New COMAND, mercedes haven't added any new technology to the car during the three years. Really no changes to be honest, except for the COMAND. Horsepower and torque remained the same., No wheel changes.

IMO the 2009 COMAND isn't as easy to use as the 07. The phone book does not sync over bluetooth when you connect the phone, instead you must download it manually (PITA for multiple drivers), the live traffic does not route you around the traffic or alert you that traffic is even there, and it just lacks the ease of use the 07 had. But what I do like is that the routes are definitely better and more improved.

Dont let the nav system hinder your option to buy an 07. You will be happy when you have some extra money left in your pocket.

is screen clarity the same or improved? I know there's new features for 09 but the screen itself?? been looking at an 030 cpo vehicle and want to know all the details before/if i enter negotiations. LSD is a gotta-have feature for me...

Cool. I was just curious if there was any difference. The nav upgrade isn't a big deal to me. I really cared about the Pano roof and the 507HP.
