The other way is that some are actually trimming the core support to allow the hose, or in some cases metal tubing, to pass through without the distortion.

I wish someone would make a DIY for this, or sell the parts (or a kit as a whole). I'd buy it immediately; I love hearing the supercharger opened up.

Guys I do not know the dimensions of the design I posted. It was done by Fluid Motor Union here outside of Chicago on a C32. Best to call over there and ask, it seems like a pretty decent system.

I think that it would be a good idea to wrap the intake pipes with heat wrap, so the air is insulated from the heat soaked engine. I can see these intake tubes getting heat soaked, so hot air going into the supercharger where it is compressed, and heated up even more. And the IC not being able to cool it down substantually. What are your opinions?
