buying an extended warranty

If I where to buy an e55 from a private seller and wanted to go out and buy an extended warranty what are the better ones out there. I know how difficult some of these can be as many make it a fight to cover anything and would want to know the more reputable companies out there and what do they tend to run?

What is this "extended warranty" you speak of? I'd try google b/c this topic has never been discussed here...don't even bother searching.

jk...most of what you need to know is in a thread on either the first or second page of this forum...look for "chrysler warranty"
