Funny vinny!! R u guys saying my pipes are not mandrel bent?
I will tell u that with traction control on and my big 20's I found it hard to break her loose in 1st- it would just hook up.. Now today it fish tales a little and seems more brutal - so I got to believe I got some better flow and the sound is very clean through my brabus mufflers

Umm- they were bent slightly and my car shuts down after 85-90 which really does not help--but soon you be looking at my taillights.

wow mandrel is different than regular pipes the bends dont take away the size of the pipes like what u had done but its fine no worries there .. ok then we will go from 0-90 then and see lol .. as long as ur happy is what matters its ur car and have fun with it .. it looks good that all that matters slow man

Mandrel ?
Wizo, i didn't notice that yesterday on the small pics you sent me on the phone. After seeing these, I definitely would recommend the mandrel bending. And then do this to the exhaust guy

Probably would of been fine with 3" piping, but with the 2.5, the pipes become small without the correct bend with the kind of air you are trying to push thru them.

Vinny, I can believe you got under the car to take pics. What else you gotta do

So I'm going to remove secondary cats and resonators and install an Xpipe with stock mufflers. Where should I put the x pipe? Up front where the stock h pipe was or in the rear like Vinny? What would the differences be?

in my opinion i like it where i put it my car shows it has power and never even had the thought to put it up front . but most ppl put in place of resonator .. and its easy to do

X pipe placement
Anywhere after where the pipes come together from the cats.

Well aparently I just got to "rung with what I brung" - But I reset my ECU for 40 mins and when I get this on a dyno I would love to calibrate everything. After I do all that I might have to put some money down on my 1/4 time--hehe(_Only if Jake lets me use some 18'"wheels)

Noo!! You cannot make your dang car faster---I am trying to play catch up and still got my training wheels on when it comes to the 1/4 run.

Heck I should make you put the 20" wheels on and get a car length on you...

have a search under my name, but i tried both (on a c63), with the H pipe i lost 2 tenths down the 1/4 mile from my pb. Some of this maybe due to the heat, but then i fitted a xpipe and gained 2 tenths in similar weather. so in cooler conditions i would of pb'd for sure.

h.
