My first kill in the e55
My first kill in the e55
Like the smoking hot girl at the bar, you can't control who comes up to you...
A Honda S2000 with some really loud pipes pulled up next to me at a stoplight. The driver was a choched-out guy with enourmous sunglasses and techno music about 50-db too loud...you know the type.
He revved his engine twice and I thought he was kidding. Then I realized that nobody has ever "challenged" me before...and the kids weren't in the car, so what the heck.
You know how this ends. It wasn't much of a race, and after I was about 10 lenghts ahead of him, he slowed down and changed lanes to avoid his shame.
Dave - 1. Choched-out guy in his incredibly loud-yet-slow S2000 - 0.
All hail the e55.

nice kill! I killed a guy in a souped up s2000 in my e92 335i a few months back...those s2000's sure are sexy with the hardtop and corner like nobody's business though...but straight line wise, like you said
ALL HAIL E55

As a former owner of an S2000, I can tell you they are horrible from a dig.
You would crush most of them at any starting point, but they do much better if they can start around 6k rpms...and have a good driver.

Shame on you for picking on a punny NA 4-cylinder car that has just a bit more than a 1/3 in displacement of your motor! J/k! Given what you observed, he probably deserved every bit of the spanking!

Nice! Waste gas and kill everything you see! It is hard enough for us 55's to even be noticed as a race car.. The more you kill,, the more the word will get out.. kill, kill and kill!

Some will make a pretty good argument the current CTS-Vs have already toppled the E-Class AMG since '08 (both stock & modding potential)...and I'm pretty certain the 2011 BMW M5 575HP+ bi-turbo V8 will do so easily.
