Well, lowered on washers. Have the front camber kit, but rears don't seem so easy. Eating my tires on the inside like crazy and its not cheap replacing 295/25/20s every 6-8 months. I have found the KMAC rear adjustable bushings made of polyurethane for about $325, but got quoted at $1100 for install because they said whole subframe has to come out
There are also reports of the suspension squeaking. Next, MB Arts makes adjustable rear camber arms, but they are some $$$, but people seem pretty happy with them. Are there any other options or feedback to adjust rear camber.... and will I have to get a toe link kit too? Thanks

How low is the car?
I have dropped about 40mm at front and 50mm at rear with links and use these arms

On my car, the sway bar was what came close and I was running the MBArts prototypes. Since, I have gone back and seen the air hose, I wonder if it wasn't changed throughout the years? Mine wasn't an issue but one that I saw up on Jacks looked like it would be. I'm still curious if a single design would cover all W211s. I never got a chance to test the production sets mout but they have a nifty added "spacer" that gives even more room and yet maintains a single bolt adjustment. Oh, I miss the E55....

The protoypes did'nt have a curve from top to bottom, the new version has a big curve so swaybar and air hose clearance is fine
