AIRMATIC question

So i was driving on the highway and had the suspension on the highest setting which means the light is on. So as i kept driving at highway speeds, i noticed the light turned off. So i got out at the next exit to see if it lowered itself but it was still in its raised setting. I am so confused on why this happened. Any thoughts?

The car lowers itself at higher speeds.

And since you stopped the car to look, it went back up to the raised position.

It does that to lower the cars center of gravity for better handling, after you reached 75 mph, as previously stated by others.
