Whats up guys,
I just installed the RENNtech cf airbox that I got off another fellow MBworld member. The fit is perfect, it looks like renntech opened up the intake a good amount on the top and around the back. I cant understand how this thing cost so much money new tho. To all the naysayers I definetly felt an increase in power. Pulls alot stronger in the midrange then it did stock. I guess I have to wait for my drag strip to open up next month so I can compare my numbers to last time. Anyway heres some pics enjoy

I'm with you though, I cannot imagine spending $3000 on an air box...

VRP kit: air fiber box+ carbon intake tubes would bring more feeling in my opinion)
But this stuff is cool too! Gratz! Thought cost good money!
Looking for a VRP air box kit for my e55 soon too!

People have seen back to back dynos showing 25whp gain from just this intake. Btw the fd in my avatar is not mine but it has been my dream car since I was 15.
