Pictures from Top Run Mile event in Miami this past weekend (3.14.10) PICTURE INTENSE
Here are some pics I took from the Miami Mile race at the Dade-Colier airport this past weekend, March 14, 2010. The conditions were great and some of the cars ran amazing times, including the Ford GT pictured with the parachute, which ran a 253 mph. There were a couple other cars that broke 200 mph, and many in between 175 mph and 200 mph.

fabolous fotos!! you guys have it so good!! silly question. if i wanted to do this do i have to use a full face helmet? i have a snell 2010 open face but hate to buy another just for these runs

didn't know there were so many Ford GT's out there. Seems like no one in FL has stock wheels

Great photos, but why didnt any of them put tape on the fenders? There must be so many rock chips on all those cars now.

Some vehicles had tape. But I don't imagine there were too many rock chips flying around; the strip was in pretty good condition and appeared free from all debris.
