Best spark plugs to use with a stage one?
I am curious to what is the best spark plugs to use with a stage one e55. Should I go a stage cooler? What is the best brand and part number? Thanks!

You can go a step colder with a modded car and be fine. I believe part # is NGK Iridium LFR7AIX, but if you car has lower miles I wouldn't stress the plugs at this point.

it has 66k and Im sure they are the original plugs so thats why I am going to change them. I just do not know what brand and heat I should go with, especially having a slightly modded car.

Just got off the phone with Eurocharged. They run stock plugs or the NGK Iridium in their cars. They did say I could go a heat range colder if I wish. Most company's recommend to go cooler on a supercharged motor, most of the time when it's not factory. Or if you run nitrous to go one or two steps cooler.
