I just picked up a couple of "no restriction" acres in canyon lake...you know any good guys up here? Looking to build a concrete block fortress of a garage...probably 30x40 or 40x60 and looking to put an apartment/studio of sorts upstairs...lmk. Yours looks awesome-I would do steel but even insulated they get SOOO damn hot in the sun.

Had Morgan Carter of Spray Right Insulation come today and spray 2lb foam on the new shop and inclosed car port area. He will be coming back in a month or so when I am ready to foam my new living area.
His contact information is http://www.sprayrightinsulation.com or 877-922-4220
Very nice fellow and has been great to deal with and will travel to jobs in the Texas/Louisiana area

I'm impressed with this stuff. It was 95 degrees today, and inside the shop was a scorcher. Once he was done spraying the foam it wasn't to bad in there. You could feel a little heat coming through the wall (Direct Sun). But I only spray an 1 to 1.5" of foam. On the walls were I had the 3" fiberglass insulation it was hard to hold your hand to it because it was so hot.
It has a slight green tint to it. I am going to start on Monday painting it white, then seal the concrete.
