Pulley Failure

While driving down the freeway Friday afternoon, ESP Failure popped up in the in dash command. I noticed that when exiting the freeway I had no boost.
I drove 5 miles to get home, popped the hood and found the supercharger belt limp, and this pulley melted into the plastic undertray.

Thoughts on how to proceed? I am thinking that I can do this myself. But I wanted to turn to you pros to get advice first.

The car is a 2006 E55 wagon with 78K miles.

you will just have to replace both the pulleys. hopefully the shaft is not damaged.

E55 w/ goods, Z32 Project underway
You want to replace that with a new one. ASP sells them for less than the dealer. Almost free at $100 or so.
