Meziere pump for sale

Hey guys, I have a fairly brand new Meziere pump WP136 for sale if anyone is interested. I had this installed in hopes of it out flowing both of my 2 CM30's but it just didn't happen. I also have 2 3/4" blue anodized fittings to go alone with it. Make me a offer.

GL with the sale Alan!

The Meziere is definitely an upgrade compared to the Bosch V4 and CM30.

Alan-
Your system would need to run the 55gpm Meziere if you were only running one pump in your split/rear mount set up. I had a little convo with Don Meziere about this exact scenario!

A couple of major bottlenecks in the system.

Would two inline pumps help/hinder the cooling in any way. i.e. if you were to run two inline pumps to just the engine cooling and one to the S/C cooling, or vice versa. I thought about this the other day, and was curious if anyone had done it.

I wonder if the increased flow rate would help with cooling or hinder because of less time spent in front of the H/E or rad.

Alan, the way you're car is running, you'll need at least a Quad-CM30 setup to keep up

Unless he picks up the pump that Bruce was referring to he is planning on going back to his 2 CM30 pumps.

Thanks Bruce! Your advice is always appreciated and well taken.

I've spoken with someone about running a high flow pump through the IC and they questioned the longevity of the IC. Meaning that it wasn't designed for a high pressure system..... Not sure if this is true or not but it does have me thinking.

You mention a couple of bottlenecks in the system, my system or in general. When you get a chance give me a ring.

Thanks again Bruce.

$140 is a bit low. I believe I paid around $189 for the pump and $21 x 2 for the fittings. I might have a buyer already and I'll post back if the pump is still for sale.

Thanks again for the interest.

Here is a quick summation of what I was alluding to.

The 55gpm pump will only flow that volume with NO RESTRICTIONS. The 3 largest restrictions in the cooling system is the heat exchanger, hose diameter and the intercooler itself. If the orifices were 1" or larger you would get the maximum flow with either a 35gpm or 55gpm but with system set up with 3/4'' hoses, the orifices, at approximately the same size feeding and returning from the intercooler, that is what is limiting the flow tremendously.

Too much flow is also not efficient at all since the coolant doesn't stay in the heat exchanger long enough to get the proper cooling.

Trial and error my fellow modaholics!!

haters crazy
I just ordered 1" hose to run for my ice reservoir. My whole setup is for 1" hoses. I even modified the heat exchanger for a 1" inlet/outlet. Where do you guys run the hose? Under the car? I'm a little hesitant to do that since my car is low and bottoming out could spell disaster lol
