I don't have a dog, but I did pick up the MB rear seat cover. It's definitely cut for the E55 rear seats and has an exact fit. Works great under the kids car seats too. I think it's only available in a grey color, however, if that makes a difference to anyone. I picked it up from the MB online store for ~$80ish, IIRC.

I got a cover from Petco.com for $40 including shipping. It connects to the front and rear headrests and it also has 2 bars that I can shove between the backseats to keep it in place. It's waterproof and it has 2 big pockets in case I need to put anything in there. I like it because if anyone needs to sit i nthe back I can just unclip the clips that are connected to the front headrests. It's been doing the job for me.

Also, since it connects to the front headrests it also covers the space between the front and rear seats, keeping my dog from falling in there when I stop hard.
