RennTech V2 or V3: That is the question
Trying to decide on which one. I have searched "V3" and not much is coming up.
I am trying to find the real world differences of the two from those who have installed them. Pro's / Con's etc.
The only thing I know about the V3 is that I can program via my Laptop. However, it doesn't seem to interface via a remote for real time adjustments like the V2 does.
I would love to be able to lower via STAR, but I am just not that confident yet with the systems that are for sale out there (yet). (It seems that the Dealer's don't want to touch it
).

I just ordered the V2 with remote for $1250. The dealer told me to opt for the V2 over the V3 since the only advantage was computer programming in the V3. From what I hear STAR is good but the computer defaults to the stock ride heights when driving. For example the car when hits a certain speed will automatically raise via STAR. With the ELM it will not raise. I am not an expert but this is what I was told.

i ordered the V2 from james @ACG, but ended up being shipped the V3. I like the plug/play via laptop. Upload the disc and chose your setting and import to the car and it lowers.

Not sure w/ V2, but for V3, i can still use the sport 1/2 to lower slightly. And to raise all the way up as well. Which i needed to do when we got hit with 30inches of snow back in Feb.

Guys, you can buy a 7" touch screen remote for the V3 ELM.
Links have served me well but I decided to buy an ELM because I want to be able to adjust/switch it off when I want.
Renntech are shipping me out a V3 and remote next week. I will take some pics of the when I get it.![Big Grin](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)

V3 remote
Err, I was expecting a nice sleek 7"monitor but instead I got...
this..
Advent ADV3500PC XP table. Anyone heard of it and/or use one? I don't think this is or has been sold here in the UK.![nix](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/nixweiss.gif)
