most would say about 20-40 HP, depends on the car and the tune and the Dyno. but should get you a good 20hp and better powerband all across. really should do the TUNE and the Pulley for a real kick in the pants. FYI.

Do you mean just an ECU and that is it? If so, not much and it would simply be by advancing timing.
Even if you do not want to get a pulley, there are other mods you could do that would make your gains decent with a tune. IMO, the size of the pulley is one of the least important parameters. Had I to do it again, it would be my final mod....
