Someone have dimensions on the lower pulley? Would like to source just the pulley w/o the tensioner. Preventive maintenance.

This dont not include the one my man blackbenzz is questioning, which is the same one that failed on the OPs car
So is that for the 6 rib, 8 rib, and idler pullies? If so, that is a pretty good price as ASP has those for sale for $175/each on their website (unless I'm totally missing something). I'll be replacing my pulleys soon as well as the top tensioner just to avoid any issues.

See pic below from Shardul's other thread. Aluminum pulleys for the uppers. The question here I believe is the lower right pulley (black).

it is the same size as the sc tensioner pulley and it doesnot have any ribs on it. the offset is different hence a spacer is required.

Ah, hence, you would also provide the fourth pulley with a washer so we could swap all the pulleys at once. Make sense. That's what I'll end up doing. I was going to search high and low (well, found info in another thread) for just the pulley replacement instead of the entire unit.

Same thing happened to me today. These tensioners have a history of failure and have been superseded by newer revisions a few times at least over the years.

military grade? meh. i only deal with post apocaliptic grade stuff.

the best pullies are made from 60% chrome, 25% aluminum, and 15% 100% cast iron. contact zach to confirm.
