I can't drive any faster than 507HP will provide in So Cal anyway...I'd love to build up an E55 to 600HP+ and 700TQ+ but it really wouldn't get me anywhere except thrown in jail or bankrupt from all the tickets
Having driven both I like the linear powerband in the N/A 63 engine better as well. I love the 55's torque (who doesn't) but it can make for a punchy, herky-jerky ride if you're not really gentle. The 63 does everything I want it to
Now, this new TTV8 in the works from BMW and MBZ...that's another story

Well , let go here the CLS is a modern day classic every new sedan now has CLS lines or a direct copy . Look at the New mercedes coming out they all have CLS design Clues windows, hood , body lines . This will be a car that will always be like new . I have people question me all the time is this a New Mercedes car . Road stops , gas stops , service centers on turnpikes people stop and look at car . The E is a great car but its just another common looking sedan and yes the CLS has draw backs back seats , learning the blind spots while driving . But their nothing like the driving EXPERIENCE . Oh, the 55 was a 1 year engine for this car that's special too. Oh and when I tell people I was going to buy a 2010 CTS-V they all say you bought the right car
