Misc Small Parts

So here's a question for all you experts out there. My '08 come with a few bumps and bruises from the previous owner in the interior. Just a few little things here and there. So my question is, is there a website or place that I can get some of these little parts from? Since I know someone will ask, things like one single fin from the driver's side, center AC vent, the wood trim piece on the passenger door and the signal lens on the driver's side outside mirror. I know I can get some of these from the dealer, but if there is a place that warehouses totaled vehicles, that might be the best.

Thoughts?
