Bridgestone RE-11 Tires?

Bridgestone RE-11 Tires?
Has anyone here tried them on their E55k or other higher hp/tq platforms?
How well did they perform launching the car? How is the road noise? How well did they handle in the rain?
My wheels will arrive from HRE on Thursday and I'm willing to put some money into some tires that I can enjoy for the rest of the summer before putting the E55 in the carhold for the winter.
I wouldn't mind going with PS2's again or the NT05's I just had. Just want to try something different
I'm slammed on 19" HRE's and don't care about tire wear as I'll just burn them up or wear them out in 5-6k anyways, so this is one area that I'm not one bit concerned about...
Did a search but couldn't find much on this particular tire. If there's anything else anyone would highly recommend I'd appreciate it.

From what I've heard, and I run NT05's, the performance difference between RE11's and NT05's does not justify the higher price That's from track buddies, I can't personally compare. You definitely won't lose any performance , but I imagine they are about as good in the rain as NT05's which would be not. I don't mind them in wet, but ooohhh that tread depth has hydroplane written on it when it's actually raining...

Yep. Car came with Bridgestone RE050A's and didn't like them. Switched to PS2's and they are as advertised - very good, as most people know.
Had been hearing a lot of good things about the RE-11's and figured I'd give them a try. They are quieter, more comfortable, better dry grip than the PS2's. About the same in the wet, although I usually don't push it too hard in the rain LOL.
On the track they get a bit greasy when they get real hot but keeping an eye on the pressure helps.
