Don't forget the E63 is a lot better suspension-wise. Plus they changed the steering ratio and it's a lot more precise and direct than the E55. I've driven both back to back and there's a big difference.
And the W212 E63 is now even more improved. The days of "BMWs handle better" will soon be over esp since the new F10 has been softened up now and they're using electric power steering.
