As stated, Bruce is a true enthusiast! Always willing to share his knowledge, openly and freely. Like most of you, I am very protective over who works on my car. Hands down, Bruce takes care of his customers better than anyone I have ever dealt with, or even heard of!!!

Bruce is a great guy to work with! When I was upgrading my exhaust and having other questions, he spent a good amount of time on the phone with me helping me out. I must say he is probably one of the few companies that really do care about his customers. Even if you haven't bought his products, he is still there for you. I am certainly going to purchase something from him soon. Maybe a cf intake or something. But over all, Bruce is a great guy and I highly recommend him to anyone! A+!

Doc Holiday, now that's imaginative.
In an 1896 article, Wyatt Earp had this to say about Holliday, "Doc was a dentist not a lawman or an assassin, whom necessity had made a gambler; a gentleman whom disease had made a frontier vagabond; a philosopher whom life had made a caustic wit; a long lean ash-blond fellow nearly dead with consumption, and at the same time the most skillful gambler and the nerviest, speediest, deadliest man with a six-gun that I ever knew."[14]
Wyatt Earp is also quoted as saying: "I found him a loyal friend and good company."[15]
In a newspaper interview, Holliday was once asked if his killings had ever gotten on his conscience. He is reported to have said, "I coughed that out with my lungs, years ago."

The best part of this plate is that he is a dentist and an avid gun collector/marksman.
Don't PO the dentist!!

CLK 320 1998, Honda Odyssey 2008, Honda CR-V 2007 (sold), Civic (sold), 1992 Accord (sold)
I am currently installing Kleemann SC and haeder on my CLK. I am based in Jakarta, Indonesia, hence, it is very difficult to find credible Mercedes Benz tuner, if any.
I then read this thread and quickly sent pm to Bruce. He swiftly replied and asked me to give him a call (Note that I have sent emails to other tuners, none has given me such response).
He took his valuable time (at least a good half an hour) to have a chat with me (first timer on car tuning with some annoying questions). Note that I am not his customer and might never be because of location, and yet he is more than happy to share his views and insights, in quite details, on installation and post installation, and general tuning for my car. For that Bruce, I am very very grateful, and I shall keep you posted on progress on my project.
Btw, Bruce, let me know if you happen to spend your holiday here in Indonesia. Will treat you more than a pint of beer!
Cheers,
Olie

I hate Bruce for 2 things:
1) for not opening a branch in Asia .
2) have yet to send me a picture of his workshop, himself and dog to me
I seldom post even though I am a avid reader of this wonderful forum, but I strongly feel that Bruce deserve my little mention.
For a fact, almost half the AMGs are sold into the US market, with very few takers in Asia. Naturally, more of the mods are sold into the US market and little is seen in Asia. That left me no choice but to import mods from the US. After reading a couple of 'undelivered' goods from dealers to already paid buyers, I was apprehensive. I had to take a bet with Bruce and boy I was glad I did. Despite some delay, Bruce constantly updated me on the progress and at no point he refused to reply to my emails. Fair prices aside, Bruce is honest, friendly and extremely helpful. And this can be felt through purely email exchanges. I have never met him nor spoken to him on the phone. And yet, experience with him has been more than wonderful!
All in all, super duper great job!

Bruce, it was a pleasure to finally meet you Thursday and I thank you for the "tour" and taking the time to chat with me.
You were spot on re the crumple zone on the edge of the hood. When I got home, I took a look and there was a very noticeable crimp in the center one. And, as you said, I wasn't going to leave it alone.
I used a heat gun at the crimp, behind it and part of the flat of the hood. Then a small wood block propping up the front edge, I used some pretty good downward pressure w/the heel of my hand and a towel.
I would say it's about 60% better now, which is as far as I'm willing to chance it. Or, as my wife said, "if you start melting paint or put a ding, crack etc you'll be SORRY".
I have to agree, so I'm quitting while I'm ahead. Thanks again for the help, I really appreciate it.
Stay cool and give a pet to Niko for me ! Czechs rule !!
