honestly not sure if i like it. have to drive it a little. since this isnt my daily DD however AND i have done quite a bit of work to the car this was the next obvious restriction in the equation. i dont know what i could do to make it less intense without compromising power. jeremy will be tuning it tmrw and we will see what it does to my power/tq. if the gains are negligible or unrealized i will make adjustments like replacing some of the rear piping with stock components. i am not one for loud exhaust for no reason...

The exhaust is the best mod you can do on these cars... It makes driving so much more fun!

approx 15 to 20 all the way through the band BUT im not sure i like the volume. gonna run it at the track and see how i like it. probably need to go back to stalk from resonators back or something. everybody seems to liek it but me. i just dont like loud cars - even though it does sound good. luckily this isnt my DD

thanks for the report --- Yeah its a tad loud -- but a resonator will make it more tolerable--- but it sure is mean!!!! to hear a benz that mean -- its kinda cool

V12-Biturbo
I like it..I like it a lot
Amazing not much traction loss though from near dig![nix](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/nixweiss.gif)
Edit: It looks quick, if I didn't know your mods I'd swear it sounds like you're running cut-outs or full straight piped w/no muff's
Flat freaky loud![thumbs](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/thumbsup.gif)
Re-Edit: Hmmm listening to the last vid closely I think you may have an exhaust leak, though it could just be quality of vid? But INMOP I've heard similar clanking blasting type sound, check those headers & gaskets for leaks it does sound too loud in a bad way

to be honest i agree with those who said its too loud. i dont like it. i much prefer quiet/classy to loud obnoxious exhaust. some would probably love it. i went to the track and guys were loving it but i am more for show than go.
i was just figuring with all the mods i have and the amount of air im pushing through the ported heads, ported SC, huge pulley, long tube headers, aggressive cams etc that exhaust was one of the last things i hadnt tried that might be able to take me up a notch. if i didnt have long tubes it might not be so loud. i told myself that if the gains were worth it i would perhaps be able to deal with how loud it is.
shawn - im gonna smoke the pipes and check for leaks. i suspect that the answer is no no the leak question. fact is i have no cats, MBH longtube headers, magnaflow resonators, and 3" from headers into the mufflers.
i think im gonna order the full supersprint system and see how it sounds. looks like im going back to stock secondary cats and resonators for now![Roll Eyes (Sarcastic)](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/rolleyes.gif)
went to the track but got their too late to register. probably for the better since i dont have my drags yet. i did however watch a 2009 CTSV run consistent 10.6 to 10.7 runs in this hot a$$ weather. wonder what he had done
