Replacing tire pressure sensors

One of my front tire pressure sensors went out and I have been ignoring the nagging every time I start the car for a while. Now it is time for new front tires so I'm going to go ahead and replace both front sensors.

Has anyone had luck getting them replaced at a tire shop like Discount Tire or do I need to go get robbed at the stealer?

I replaced all four this past year. Purchased them through tirerack, no issues to report. There is a date code on them so you can check to make sure the new ones are not old stock. Different years used different frequencies so be accurate when describing your vehicle.
