They guys at Motorwerks do a great job. Install of the pulley has had no issues.
Only thing I'm struggling with is I did the phenolic spacers at the same time and I'm battling to keep the belt on the pulley as it's now an odd length. A 514 belt just shreds and a 525 belt pops off occasionaly.

OK now that i hear that about the 180 maybe I will stay with the 180. Now my focus is exhaust and I/C cooling well maintaining of temperature. Then the rear end.

Car is a MotorWerks today so I'll let you know what the issue was but I'd do all the cooling mods first before doing spacers. There isn't really any definitive data that I could find the spacers make any difference at all.
