Service Intervals
Do any of you guys change your engine oil per Mercedes recommended intervals. To me 10-12 thousand mile per oil change sounds wrong even if you are using synthetic. I have been changing mine around 6k miles.
Any suggestions.
By the way does anyone know how the car's computer actually monitors the oil and service intervals. I once heard that the car actually monitor's the quality of the oil. Someone else told me that once the car is reset after an oil change, it monitors driving habits and bases the interval on how hard you drive.
