Is it worth $400 to fix TPMS?
I need new tire pressure sensors on my new 2003 E55. Found some at a local tire store for a fraction of the stealers price. They actually get them from tirerack. It will cost me around $400 for all 4 tires.
It this worth fixing? I have always used a tire gauge in the past.

NO !! its a waste if you ask me -- I rather spend the money upgrading my HE or earning .0001% interest in the bank

I find them very valuable to me. They have saved my butt several times. I live in a city where pot holes are everywhere. Riding on aftermarket 19" wheels they take a beating when hitting a pot hole. I've replaced 3 wheels over the past few years because of hairline cracks. Not to mention I can not stand seeing an error code on my instrument panel. I'd replace them if I were you.
