i would imagine -- you can just buy the seats and pumps -- and install it -- should be direct and expensive. but you should be able to find a buyer for the standard seats .
Personally I think the seats arent that special and wouldnt pay extra for them -- I just get use to them and forget I have them. However, guests think they are the coolest things in the world.
I cant live without the heated and cooling thou -- and the spine stimulator thing is a tad helpful on those long drives.

the ventilation and "massage" are both features I use on a regular basis and would miss if they malfunctioned.
The heat is obviously a welcome feature during winter.
The dynamic feature is "cool" but far less effective that the stock, firmly bolstered seats in my coworker's (2005?) E55.
it's certainly perhaps that the seats in my S55 perform differently than those in your car

if the massage feature was stronger it could spell trouble. if people got relaxed there would be some serious lawsuits...car accidents
i think they are just suppose to stimulate some bloodflow -
And if you are the giant black dude in yout pic -- then its no wonder you dont feel anything--- I am average and i feel it but it is not meant to be a true massage -- it is weak .

Before you go through with it, I have to ask, have you spent time in a car equipped with Dynamic Seats, or do you just want them? I thought they were super-cool when I first got the car, but the coolness wore off after about half an hour. The adjustment is nice(I think there's more adjustments than the standard seats), but the dynamic feature is slow to respond and annoying for anything other than a long freeway offramp. My dad still goes crazy for them, but he only rides in the car about once a month.
The massage feature is decent, but not a must-have.
The heat is nice in the winter.
The ventilated part is worthless and does next to nothing.

Nah man that is not me, I wish That is the all time great Ronnie Coleman. The best bodybuilder to ever live, but he is recently retired, so seeing him compete in person will never be done again....

The massage is just supposed to keep the blood flowing. It's very welcome on long drives.
As far as the ventilated seats go... It's definitely not about to cool you down, but it keeps your back from getting too sweaty, and it's great after the gym.

the "massage" is just to stretch your back a bit to keep it from getting too fatigued. it functions quite well.
the ventilation is not AC or cooling like so many people misunderstand it to be. It is just what it says it is: ventilation. Its purpose is to keep you dry (drier) for enhanced comfort. I live in a pretty humid climate and can sweat just walking to the damn car. The ventilation is enough to dry that in a few minutes, and I arrive at work or home fresh, not damp, after a 20 mile commute.
