It's all in good fun my friend.... Getting the opportunity to run against fast MB's gets me excited and I love the challenge!

I'm hoping to still be in the 10's come this November but unfortunately my last round of mods didn't work out. I actually made myself slower and need to try and get it back. Make no mistake, she's still running good but just not as good as she once did, at least not yet. I have lost the desire to push her anymore and I'll settle with what I get this next time around. At least I had the opportunity to run a few 10 second passes, and that alone satisfies me.

does price change depending how many peeps? is there a max #?

We used to vary the price depending on how many people we get, but because the last few times too many people canceled at the last minute, we stopped doing that.

I believe the track owner has set us up for 50 cars... this number is usually determined by the insurance plan/policy he uses. For now, any car over the 50th car will get added to the waiting list and will not be able to race unless someone else cancels. If we get too many cars that want to join, then we will look into opening up 15 more spots, but insurance will be higher.

Just a quick question.. Do you accept any newbie? Sounds really fun...

It will be my first time to play drag racing... I think you will have no problem.

Hey Mo, any chance on having separate lanes like Ahmad at MIR? I love the idea of keeping the street tires and DR's on separate lanes. This would give the boys with DR's a much better chance getting lower 60' times.

I think most tires will peel away the VHT if they are spinning off the line. I'm hoping most people with DR's will get significantly better traction with less spin off the line, which in turn keeps more VHT down.

Everybody is welcomed to join us.... the whole event is a lot of fun. And even if you don't race your car, you can just come as a spectator and enjoy the company of some of the greatest group of car enthusiasts in California
