E63 - Documented gains from 2nd cat delete?
anyone have dyno numbers on just cats alone? I'd love to hear it in person too, if one of you guys have it done in the LA/ Valley area.

I dont have any documented gains..but it feels better then it did before. I replaced my 2nd cats with an x-pipe. I have been meaning to get back on a dyno but havent had the time.

At idle it sounds quiet, but when I get on it it screams pretty good. It sounds more european I think not loud like a mustang or cobra. Magnaflow x-pipe and resonator delete. When I first start it in the morning it gets really loud, but then it warms up and quiets down.

You will get better flow in the back section of the exhaust without the secondary cats. If I had to guess I would say maybe 5 hp gains or so

resonators already off! looking for bit more bark when i have my foot punched through the floor. that and a bit more top end for all my buddies with m5's
going with a magnaflow x pipe if/when i do it. the guy that did the resonators said he'll do it. $250 with xpipe included.
