Value of my car

Hey guys, time has come to part with my beast. I have enjoyed this car soo much and will greatly miss her but as my family grows so does my need for larger wheels. I went to trade her in and the dealers always low ball you. Here is what I have:
2006 E55 AMG, Pano, 3M 20% tint around, 20" Vossen rims with Vredesteins (light road rash but I have stock AMG wheels with brand new rubber as well), Silver on Black, built in K40 and Calibre, 3 very small (half dime size dings-2 on hood, 1 on door), otherwise she is mint. Dealer wants to give me $26k on trade (not MB dealer-Ford). I owe $34k on her so it is hard to sell unless I trade. If I buy vehicle and get title in hand, how much can I sell her for on the open market, ebay is not a good indicator, not much on there????

Thanks,

It would probably be better for you to try and sell it on your own than to trade it in. It is a little bit more work but it's worth it. I am sure the dealer plans on selling it for $30K-$32K.

You'll get low balled around here too but if it's clean, you have records of all maintenance and have both sets of wheels then I'd say anywhere from $30k - $35k. Is the only option you have pano? Do you have parktronic, vented seats? anything else?

That's about what I thought, as for other options yes vented seats, no parktronic. Should I take out my K40/Calibre does not seem like it adds much value even though I paid $2k for it last year. Also how do I post a pic here??
