I just missed out on this;

I am in the process of re-financing my home and had to close my line of credit so I don't have access to money to buy something till I get a new one opened which won't happen for at least a month or so. Have been keeping my eye out for an e55 and while and it seems opportunities come around when I am not ready like the one above. Ideally 71K is a bit too many miles for me but he says he would let it go for $22k but it ready to dump it at carmax tomorrow as he can't wait any longer.
Anyways missed out on this and figure that there will other good deals out there.
