Um, To the best of my knowledge all W211 AMG E55 have AlcantAra headliner.
Alcantara is "European" Ultrasuede.
Don't know how your price is so low, a "suede" headliner here in South Florida is $1200
Just the cost of material is close to your quote of $550.

Alcantara™ is a better product than run-of-the-mill suede. Anyway, all W211s and W212s (except for the first year W212) have Alcantara™
You've flooded all the forums with this. But let me suggest something. Brush that headliner before you take your promo pics. Honestly, it looks like hell. And why not use a pic of an E-Class Mercedes that you've done? Would make more sense, imho.
Good luck.

Your suppost to post it on the forums to sell it no? If you don't market your item how are you suppost to sell it? Plus i don't think it matters what car is posted in the pictures it may not be alcantara but it looks pretty good in the pictures for being aftermarket good luck with the business venture.

My somewhat early 03 has the Alcantara. Did very early 03's not have it?
This would be a cost effective solution for someone that somehow had the stock headliner ripped, cut, stained (leaky roof?) etc. That's about the only market I see for it in the E55 range. Perhaps if you went on a "Donk" site and advertised ostrich or alligator headliners you could drum up some business in that department? lol
