Motor Mounts Replaced - wow
Had the 55 in for regular service. Also replaced the crankshaft postion sensor before it got me. Tech stated the motor mounts were shot, swapped those also. What a difference the new mounts make, especially at start up. Guess I was just getting used to the vibrations, which are gone now. A world of difference. As a reference on parts, CPS was $140.00 and each mount $122.00. Money well spent.

Makes me wonder, my car shakes like a crack head when it idles, I wonder how much of a difference it would make to have mine replaced. I too am used to the shaking.

Is the transmission mount recommended to be done at the same time? Just curious because I ordered the two mounts and forgot about the tranny one. How hard of a job is it? Anyone know?

Tranny mount is real easy and motor mount will require jacking up the engine.. I think my dealer charged my warranty 900 bucks for mounts and labor..
