Seriously though, the size of tank / amount of cool fluid will depend on how you plan to use your car / setup....

No seriously because the more water you have the longer it takes to cool it down, so in actuality 2-3 gallons would be perfect because it's enough for everyday driving and enough for 1/4 mile runs
The size tank to use really will be dictated by the setup and types of runs....A 3 gallon tank should suffice for most street driving and 1/4 mile runs, whereas a 5+ gallon may be the ticket if you are doing the mile high speed run.
