Replied to your email. You removed the wrong bulb. The city/parking lights are the smaller bulb also in the same housing.
OK....I was pulling out the high beam...DUH....I found the City Light right below...I pulled out that but where the LED would plug in there is sonething in the way...I see the connectors but in the center there is a small plastic peice blocking the insertion of the LED.
One of mine has failed in just under 2 months of operation
Shoot us an email at aznoptics@gmail.com with your order number. You're covered under our 1 year warranty. I believe you might have received some of our initial batch with a lower grade solder which unfortunately didn't rear it's head until after a few iteration. This resulted in a higher than acceptable failure rate that we've since fixed with our manufacturer moving to a higher grade solder, and soon to be our new release of gel dipped V4 in a few months.
Formally announcing that all our V3 units have not been adapted with Gel Packs. This is a high temp resistant gel substrate that we've applied to the resistor and critical solder joint to both help encapsulate the heat and insulate against heat soak, making these units more durable against heat and electrical surge related incidents.
Bought 2 license plate lights couple of months ago, and they failed one after the other last week
Same with mine, 6 months and they were both toast. Bought some off ebay and they've been going strong since. Definitely don't look as good and aren't as bright but at least they work. I probably received one of the first batch set that had the solder issues.
There's a 1 year warranty on our units so I invite you to contact us to process. We've actually got our first batch in of V4 gel coated 38mm festoons we can warranty with. Shoot me an email with your order info at aznoptics@gmail.com
I don't have the bulbs or the order info anymore or I would take you up on it. I was un aware of the warranty. I do actually have a question for you though so I'll shoot you an email.
Correction: I bought them over a year ago and they went out 5 months ago so they were in the warranty period I just didn't know about the warranty on them.

To be honest, he has fantastic customer service. I've bought many different lights from different vendors and no one takes care of their customers this well. LED lights can fail more on some cars than others and I think our W211 are more prone to this issue.
I've bought different LED's from him before and if there were problems, he has took care of the issue quickly.
Never been happier with AZNOPTICS stuff... Have in my headlights, DRLs and Fogs converted to HID. Worked great the first time and been several months now. Easy guys to work with.
You'll want a set of 194 wedge LEDs for your front city lights and 38mm festoon LEDs for your plates. PM me your paypal email address and what color you want (5000K pure white or 8000K white with a slight bluish hue) and I'll invoice you.

I got mine a few days ago and everything looks good so far. Is there a DIY somewhere on how to install these? Sorry if there is one already, but my search didn't turn up anything =/
The "top" lights in the city light housing seem to come out pretty easily from the rear, but those don't seem to be the ones that get replaced...
New V5 design of our 194 wedge unit is now available. These utilize cooler burning COB based diodes matched with our surge protection circuitry from our V4 line.
Offered in 4300K (matches better with OEM halogen and older HIDs) and 5000K (pure white)
