Who's got gas???
So I've had this conversation more than once around the water cooler, what's the best gas out there? My M5 buddy sent me the link below, but without any justification behind it, it's just Internet babble.
So what do my fellow AMG E-Class friends put in their tank? Myself, I use Shell with BP as a backup. But I've heard some recent things that make me want to shy away from BP, which I why I've started researching again.
Any thoughts?

I use gas from anywhere I can get it, including BP, Shell, 7-11, Marathon, etc.. I've never once had an issue at any of the "less reputable" stations, but several years ago I did get 2 tanks of bad gas from one of the major retailers.

That site is amazing wordsmithing! If you read it correctly it's just promoting an additive and has nothing to do with gas rankings. Amazing really

That's kinda how I feel.
So to add to this with no real evidence. My jeep buddy runs BP exclusively. His wife's 09 Rubicon was idling rough. Mechanic looks in the throttle body or whatever and sees all this gunk. He's like, BP puts some type of waxy material in and that's what's built up. Said he's seen it before. So not knowing better, BP is off my list!

Without Ethanol... Of course!
In my area, the best gas is 93 Octane and totally ethanol free. 100% pure, real gas!
It's a major national brand, so I will leave it un-named because that is not the issue here. So my advice is find that (ethanol free), or someting similar, if you can.
All of the 10% blend crap gives you less power and less MPG. Ethanol does your wallet, and your engine parts, no good.
Another example of our Government intervention gone bad.

MBWorld Fanatic!
I put the cheapest Jungle Juice I can find, as long as its 91 octane or higher.
And he doesn't complain, as long as his stomach is full....lol
