Whatever we're tuning!
Thanks to Bruce at TTM for hooking me up with these. Super great guy who makes me wish I lived back in NYC again!
Install is pretty easy if you can turn a wrench and drill 2 small holes.
I really think this mod is a must have as our cars stuggle so much for air. Any help they can get is a plus. Obviously I don't feel anything down low but up at higher speeds, I have to be getting some benefit from that focusing of the high air flow. Feels great to me! No worries on water or snow as I just went through a massive snow storm (see my 650+hp in the Snow post for pics) and not a single problem.
Thanks again to Bruce! Nice simple clean mod!
I will let him answer questions from here on cost, install, shipping etc.
**OH, I was driving up to take pics and noticed I had an intercooler hose going bad on me. It got the engine bay and upper hood pad dirty so I hosed it down quick and shot the pics. Sorry for dirty engine bay. Feel bad next to you California guys. You can EAT off your cars man!

Looks sweet! you can tell by the design that that these will help direct air flow and make some top end power.
Air scoops like these are really going to shine out on the road where the air flow and pressure are high. On a dyno even with big fans is no were near the same air flow/volume that you see at 60+ mph.

PM sent
You will be receiving your set for your CLS test fit by the end of the week. Thanks for your help Marcus!!
PM sent.
Let see them! Post up some pics. The rest of your car looks SWEET so I am sure the scoops do too!
Hey Vinny!!! I'll include them in the first wave of tuning mods we do. You know the ones we have been talking about for like........6 months.
How is the animal Audi doing since your son picked it up?

These are my next mod. Getting the 180mm, HE and Jerry Stage 2 tune done next week!
Basically this is like the old school, "Ram Air" kit for the US Muscle cars and looks very well done, very efficient. For a car that loves/needs air like ours, this is a, "No brainer."
The engine should love it!

Hey Bruce -
They look sharp in black, when we last spoke you having a batch of them powder coated.
I'm glad to see your going to make them for Marcus (opps) I mean the CLS.
My sons car is pulling real hard with the bigger Turbo's and a tune, that I don't want to line up until I do mods.
