i got no pre drilled holes and no screws with mine. just went to the hardware store and bought self tapping screws and some large washers.
first i put double sided take on the upper half that sits flush to the underside of the bumper. attach the spoiler to the bumper using the tape.
then underside, you can see where the lip and body of bumper meet, just took a drill and screwed in the self tapping screws. Seems to be holding tight still. pretty easy install actually, took me about 15 minutes...

Yeah, took me under an hour too. I had 3pre-drilled but still used all 6 screws. Just drill them into where its sort of hanging more I usually use 3m before too, but just used my leg this time lol.

Fit
Overall I'm pretty happy with the product considering the price. I wasn't expecting factory type fit, but I'm wondering how your guy's fit. Is there some gaps here and there? Granted this is more for show than any type of aero dynamics, but will these gaps cause any type of drag?

FYI guys, if you plan on driving the car over 100mph, make damn sure you secure the spoilers very well!!! I was going about 120mph and off she went, ran it over and so did the other race cars behind me. I'm just thankful the screws did not puncture anyone's tires and we were able to recover all screws!
I had 1" wide double sided tape AND 8 self tapping screws, and it still ripped off. There needs to be at least 12-14 screws holding this on, using stainless steel hardware. I'd suggest body washers too so it distributes the load. Also use nylock nuts, this way it doesn't rip off. i used body washers but obviously the down force was too great.
Good luck fellas. It's a sweet lip and worth the money. The looks are indeed killer on a e-class.

Sorry about the little accident man but I am 100% sure all our CF lips are at least 140mph+ approved. Of course I can't name who went that fast with our CF lips since its probably illegal at where you live.
