There were two lighting packages offered in 04; 319 lighting and the 339 (IIR) the former being the active lighting pkg which also includes headlamp washers.
As for Bluetooth, if the car is not equipped with a MB phone system it could be costly. MB dealer could be as much as $2500-$3000 and a reputable stereo shou could do it for $1000-$1500.

Install Puck for E320 2003 to convert to hands free
Trying to get a handle on retro fitting puck in 2003 E320 so I can run Iphone. Saw install on You Tube with install made through center arm rest. Does this work well or are there flaws? Where is best place and which Puck should I get?

I just installed the bluetooth puck with tail for my 04 e55 and installed it in the armrest via the teleaid already installed in the car. The unit works seamlessly with my sprint evo. I did, however, have to have the car coded at the dealer. This was a very stressful process because the MB tech could not figure out how to get the car to recognize the phone or puck. After tracing the wiring, we found that the puck is installed through the teleaid system. All he did was turn the phone to present in the teleaid menu on the star sds, and I was good to go. Hope this helps!
