A sad day for the beast..

Well yesterday was a sad day for the beast.. She will be stored in the garage for the next 4 months or so, as I dont feel the need to drive the it in the snow, salt and all the nasty stuff up here in the northeast... I get to look forward to driving a Ford Ranger instead.. LOL... On the other hand the beast is going to feel like a whole new animal next spring when she is unleashed with a tune and Renntech pulley...

PS.. Any tips for storing these things for 4 months.??.. I plan on starting it every once in a while, but it wont be driven..

What I would do...

1. Jack stands (flat spots on tires)
2. CTEK trickle charger (get it on Ebay or Amazon - you don't have to get one that Mercedes pimps either)
3. I am not sure about the gas in your tank and if 4 months will matter but someone might have an idea if you need to introduce an additive to the gas while it sits.

a bunch of fast $h!t
Run the fuel as low as you can (1/4 tank or less) and you'll be fine. 4 months is nothing for winter. . . .in Florida. . .
