This arsenal of cars is my whole family's garage. I drive every one of them from time to time but the E55 is mine. Thanks for the curiosity.

I dynoed at 467 and 506 to the wheels on a dynamite dyno which is 20% drivetrain loss. This was a heartbreaker dyno and I still made tremendous power!! Thank you Jeremy!

That setup is killing your low end.try the stock mid section with stock cats and delete just the primarys.I lost a crap load of low end also and went back to stock and made 580+ torque

I don't know man looking at the dyno graph, it seems my tq is fine. I put down 506. Are you saying it could be higher? P.S I'm adding HFCs in place of my primaries.

What were the other 55s putting down for torque? most 180 setups make north of 550rwt

Thing is I was the 1st 55K there today so there is no one to compare it with. Maybe Jeremy can chime in.

Hey Jeremy, why is my torque low compared to others? I only got 506 and some people are getting 560. Could it possibly be that the tensioner on the belt was loose. I shredded a belt right after pulling out of the shop. lol

I think the numbers seen were as expected for the mods and this particular dyno. The torque numbers are strong regardless. During the engine and pulley inspection before running, the belt was tight and working, no slip. Sorry to hear about the belt...
You car is a beast!!

Any other 55 numbers?

Jonncy.. Did you do before / after. That is where you really want to look. There is so much deviation between machines that number comparision between dynos is really impossible. However before / after is great to see in terms of gains.

Sadly I never got a chance to dyno my car when it was stock. Jeremy tuned it with all the mods already in place. THe dyno was 20% DT loss so we were expecting lower numbers though.

I stopped by today to visit with Jeremy and we ended up strapping her on for a few adjustments. After making 2 changes I made 27 rwhp and 35 rwtq over my current tune. Overall my final numbers were 543 rwhp and 580+ rwtq. HP gain was over the entire curve and the gains were huge.

Thanks again Jeremy, the car is feeling very strong again. It was great to see you again! BTW, the waiter we had tonight is still waiting for ya.....

Can't wait to see the gains Jeremy will produce with your beast Karl! Care to share your current mod list? It's been a while since the VRP days...lol.

Johncy, Don't get too caught up in the dyno numbers. 034 Motorsports dyno does read a bit on the lower side compared to other dyno's I've been on. EC had a dyno day during the summer of 09 (extreme heat 90 degrees) at 034 and the highest car on the dyno that day was mine. The final numbers were in the 460's. Here's a thread where 034 Motorsports facility was used, you'll see numbers did come in lower than expected.

Jeremy's tunes have proven to produce excellent results at the track with our platform.

A Prius because I'm green
I didn't dyno today but I did smoke an M6 haha! It's a stage 2.5 so to give you a comparison, you'd take one of those down easily down low.

Alan that waiter ran out to my car when I was leaving asking about the guy with the Aussie accent, I told him we'd be at the track tomorrow. That's still on right? He'd like to confirm is all

Well, unfortunately for me, I'm still running around with the mods in my sig...ah, the VRP days indeed! However, tomorrow Chris is gonna be swapping my 175mm pulley for a 180mm and putting in his long tube headers, so I'm hoping for a healthy increase. I'll sit the car for the week and tow it out to southern California on Friday for Jeremy to tune on Saturday. I figure I'll throw on an 82mm throttle body and airbox, say, within another two years while y'all are driving around in the new TT AMG's...goodness!
