My "Beast" is at 44K miles now and I got the E+ service notification on now. Can I assume it's a standard sevice internval requiment? (Change coolant, transmission, etc?)

The E means it will take at least five hours and the + means a SBC flush, other than that you need to check the Assyst page on the cluster to get the maintenance jobs done

Gotcha, what is a SBC flush? And the Assyst page on the cluster, that's something that I can just find on my own correct? Honestly I haven't spent a whole lot of time navigating the cluster menu so my apologies in advance if this is a silly question.

Also seperate question, I had a Shelby GT 500 want to race me yesterday but as there was traffic and it wasn't safe I declined the invitation.

That said, assuming he was stock could I have beat him? (See mods below in my sig). I know stock vs. stock, we're pretty close but the mods I have now should beat these cars correct?
