Complete ECU and transmission adaptions can be reset for a temporary "more power" feeling but you can set your ECU file to 93 minimum octane for a more aggressive file. Some of the fastest "stock" 55's have this change done. Ask me how I know!

You can actually set it to 93 octane and safety run it on 91 octane. I haven't had the ***** to do it though. Its pretty detrimental to gas mileage from what I've seen.

I see you went to Autotronics... Who did the work for you? Peter or William or Noel?

William did the work for me. He also did my brakes which was good. They do great work.

Anyone know where in the bay area we can get access to STAR to see if were set at 87 or 91? Not sure I'd go to 93 if the mpg drops tons.

Goto autotronics auto repair and talk to william. My friend did the flash or setting for his E63 and it made a significant difference. Only 80 bucks
