Okay fellas.... I just got the final confirmation from the track owner: we will open gates at 7:00 pm and race till midnight or so. Hopefully the weather will cool down quickly tomorrow so we can get a few nice runs in

I'll be there , I have to tow my car , no E85 gas station in CA !! Going for the stock manifold turbo record! 9.61 !! The DA will be right around 1800 ... Not great bu better the Vegas .. I just hope they have great track prep! See you guys tomorrow night! 5 hour drive

It appears the weather forecast has improved slightly, 87 as a high today down from 90 and 58 tonight which is down from 63...could be great conditions after 10:00pm

Here is the sad part about all this.....
If you look up the last 3 months history of Famoso, it has NOT seen one day that was hotter than 72 F. And out of nowhere, probably because we chose to race on this day, it decided to reach 90 F
