Craig - what cutouts did you get? The more I think about it...the more I really think that's the route I want to go. Relatively quiet with the stock cans in the back...then open it up and let all hell break loose. :-)
Slips for sure!!!!!!!!!! Just need to slap some DR's on mine so I can almost keep up with you!

Jason got them for me, you should add them while the car is in there so once they are open, Jerry can look at the a/f fuel tables. Talking to Mo's who run cutouts all the time on their LS1 cars, they need to be as close to the collector as possible for optimum power. Give Jason a call today and see if mine have arrived, you are welcome to them since I wont need then until next week when my FF exhaust comes in.
I am looking for a deal on a nice set clk320 rims and hoosier tires for the track, let me know if you want to go halfs on the wheel combo.

We're doing the cutouts. :-) They don't have yours yet...they were going to wait until they had an idea of when your l/t's were going to be in before ordering them.

That is going to be full of win brother. Make sure they are installed right next to the collector. When will your beast be ready? I have a feeling my headers will be here next week.

Update,
Looking to have mine installed in the next few weeks with an updated EC Stage 3 tune. I'll do a before and after dyno run, on the same dyno and post results here.
It's very hot here in AZ so it won't be max power, but will be good to see the HP improvement.
How did everyone else's install go? Happy with the results?

My beast jumped from 417rwhp on a dynamics dyno with stock manifolds, midpipe and all the other mods in my sig, to 471rwhp with the FF longtubes and Buckhead Imports Performance offroad x pipe.

All,
Got my car pre-tuned by EC yesterday (Thanks Adam and Jerry!) and will have chris do the install on Friday. I'll try and get to a dyno afterwards but it may be too late in teh evening and I'm travelling for business next week.
In the next 1-2 weeks I WILL get it to the dyno and hopefully have 500 RWP and 600 RWTQ! It's super hot in AZ at the moment so that will undoubtedly reflect in the numbers, but it will be nice to see regardless.
And then I'm done modding.![Smilie](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)

Nice numbers! Mine are still in the garage. It seems as if every time I schedule to get them installed, I need more maintenance done. Once the car is back to 100%, I will move forward with the tune/longtubes. Until then, I will live vicariously through you all.

My install by Chris is almost done and should have it back in about 3 hours. I'll sneak out of the house tonight and do a 0-140MPH run on a local road that's closed after dark and is perfectly straight for 1 mile. (It goes into a state park which is closed after dark.) It's my own private drag strip. ![Smilie](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
I'll film the run and put it on Youtube for your viewing pleasure, as my monster will officially be a, "Beast." Again this is NOT a public road and there is no cross traffic so it's legal.![Big Grin](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)

Peeps,
Sorry about the delay, have business travel this week in Chicago so was unable to do my run over the weekend. Still, let me post my impressesions so far.
For the record I got the long tube headers plus cat back tubes (whatever they're called) replacing everything back up to the stock mufflers which I kept.
First let's talk about Chris. (He's the guy that made the headers and installed them for me.) Just a class act guy. Even though he has a 9-5 "Day job" he agreed to do the install for me during the week as that was more convenient for my schedule. The total intall took about 8 hours (9-5:30PM) and went without a hitch. His expertise in this area is unrivaled and I was thrilled to have the guy that hand built these, install them personally.
Not sure if Chris posts here, but than you very much my friend!
Next let's talk about EuroCharged. They very kindly did a Stage III tune on my car, AT NO CHARGE, as I had orginally paid for a Stage I almost two years ago. Jerry and Adam did the tune over my laptop remotely and it too went without a hitch. The AFR's were spot on (per Chris, who does not tune, but knows a bit about this) and the car is running perfectly!
OK now to the good stuff, how's she run?
LIKE A BAT OUT OF HELL!
I can now break the tires loose with traction control on (please note the signifcance of this. The throttle response just, "snaps in now" with instant power all the time. It is a tiny bit louder in the cabin, just a small amount, you really have to listen to it, but the exhaust sounds the same as stock (which is what I wanted.)
At full throttle you can really hear it sing and it's really a nice sound, with no drone, just clean sounding if that makes any sense.
I'm back on Thursday from my trip and what I'll try and do is film a 3-4 minute video complete with a walk around, reving the car a bit and a few fast blasts to give you guys a sense of how this all works. Also on Friday after work, I'm going to take it to Vivid Racing in Phoenix for a dyno and might have to put a few gallons of 109 Octane in it for weekend fun.![Smilie](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
I'll post the dyno results here of course.
But again I am delighted with how everything came together and again want to thank Jerry, Adam, Chris and all the folks who put this group buy together. I would NOT have moved on this without all of their collective help and advice and would do all of this again in a second.
My $.02.

P0135 & P0161 CEL
Just had FF LT's installed and for some reason I can't get the CEL's to turn off. I've already replaced the spark plugs (that was for a misfire code) and the O2 sensors (for the most recent P0135 and P0161 codes). Just curious if I'm the only one with this issue.

Nothing here as far as codes. Did you extend your o2 wiring correctly?
PS. Sorry for getting impatient Chris, but damn these were worth the wait. They fit perfect and make huge TQ and HP, hats off to you my friend

All,
Chris took out both my stock cats and replaced them with a single race cat (one of each side of course) doing all the appropirte wiring, etc so everything is working well as far as codes. I let EC know about the equipment ahead of time so their tune also fixed anything that perhaps could have gone wrong with the codes as well. So collectively, everything seems to be running very well.

Could somebody without codes please take some pictures of their extended O2s. I don't see why some are having problems and others are more fortunate.
