I really can't believe I just caught this thread last night. Seriously. I feel like an a$$ clown.

Just last week I went to a speed shop (thanks to chawkins) to get some quotes and start working on the exhaust. Now I'll just have a little more for them to do. :-)

I'm in. Money sent.

Don't want them to rush on mine. I prefer quality, even if it takes a bit longer. You usually have to wait for the finer things in life.

I'm somewhat **** about my car. I would like to see "rolls of coins" quality welds rather than rush the process. I'm sure Chris does excellent work from what I hear.

wondering if another groupbuy will come about after all of these are made/sent out and rave reviews from the owners? I'm sure there will be a demand for these after results are in.

As of right now this is the only G/B that will be offered for the headers.

I'm sure he has a jig.

Aren't these the headers that require O2 sensor wire extension?

He does have a jig. And they do require an extension. However if it is done correctly there is no issue. Espicially if your tuner Disables the rear O2's which most do. They are not really needed for race applications. I don't want my thread turning into a S+++ storm so lets keep it the way its been for 5 pages. I would app it.(This is for everyone not directed ant anyone inpartictluar) I have about 20+ hours getting this G/B together for everyone making it possible, Making phone calls talking to Floored fab and anyone that had questions in the G/B. Aswell as making spreadsheets for the orders and communicating with Floored fab on each payment etc.

Pretty pumped myself as this will be my first mod. May have to make the trip to Columbus in June, only about 6 hours away.

Is there a certain order we'll be receiving the headers or will they all be produced then shipped out all at once?

I hope it goes in order of payment, since this group buy wound up being larger than intended and I certainly want mine within the 2 month original deadline.

I believe they will all ship at the same time because that is usually how group buy's work, and because it is too complicated trying to decipher who paid in what order. Plus, if he does not have to worry about shipping after every time he finishes a header he will work faster.

Highly doubt it will work like that. There would be a lot of time lost if that his how Chris chose to do it. It would be more effective to cut all his bends, weld a few sets and send them out for coating while continuing to weld others.

Packing and shipping isn't all that time consuming especially if he has staff. So i imagine they will ship as they are finished. And he does have our invoices so he knows what order they were paid for in.

Remember quality all day over speed. I want things to be done right for Chris is not to be pressured to get things done in a set amount of time!
